Indev 0.0.2 - Lots of items update


Additions:
+ Added the portal, which serves as your spawn location and the location you must go to when the round ends
+ Arrow keys now work within menus
+ Added a HUD element that shows you the items you've collected, and of how many
+ Added a proper main menu background
+ Added main menu music
+ Added stats to the pause menu, check it to see how OP you are
+ The results screen will now show the items you have collected and your stats when you finished the round
+ Added damage numbers when you hit enemies
+ Items now have proper rarities and colours
+ Added new items for a total of 11 items
+ On death you can now see items collected and your stats

Changes:
- Chests no longer have a menu, and instead spit the item out for you to pickup
- Fog has been decreased slightly, allowing you to see further
- Daggers now aim towards the camera's yaw, instead of the player's rotation
- The way interactions with collectables works has been changed, meaning the item pickup range upgrade is heavily buffed
- Chests now use a loot table with weights, meaning legendary items are rarer. This should help with balancing
- XP Bar is animated and has a new texture and colour
- XP orbs now have physics and will fall to the floor and roll down ramps
- Player does not regen health automatically, an item is required
- Intro text will disappear quicker and the HUD will appear sooner
- Distance you need to get to a chest to open it has been increased to 200 units
- Camera has been moved backwards by 50 units
- Max number of chests in the grasslands is now 20
- Enemies now deal more damage and gain more health as the game progresses
- The chance of an elite spawning increases as waves go on, once the exit portal has opened every enemy will be an elite

Fixes:
* Fixed a bug where the mouse cursor sometimes didn't appear in the results screen
* Fixed a bug where you could hold the pause button and it would repeatedly open and close the menu
* Fixed a bug where enemies would seemingly disappear
* Fixed a bug where the player could move faster than items you are picking up, leaving them to lag behind. They will still lag behind but will always catch up.
* Enemies can no longer spawn under your feet, and you are given 0.5 seconds of grace after they spawn before they start attacking
* Fixed a bug where one of the tutorial enemies could be spawned in as an elite
* Fixed a bug where elites would literally teleport on top of you when you get too far away
* Fixed an issue with the pause menu's background not fitting the screen properly
