Additions:
+ Added fall damage (using a launch pad will cancel any fall damage you would normally get from that height)
+ Added act 2 - forgotten citadel
+ Added 2 new characters with their own abilities

Changes:
- Dagger will now auto aim to the nearest enemy you are looking at (45 degree cone)
- Changed enemy icons
- Buffed wisps

Fixes:
* Fixed a bug where dying sometimes caused the killed by in the death screen to be wrong
* Fixed a bug with the electric field messing with the player's drop shadow
