Update 0.0.9b

Additions:
+ Added a boss door to the final pumpkin area with the boss enemies
+ Pumpkin lights which show progress to unlocking the boss area, requiring 4 pumpkins to enter the final area
+ Added a popup when pressing the halloween event button on the main menu to encourage the player to play the main game first to learn the basics

Changes:
- Shotgun no longer provides upwards boosts when shooting
- Rocket launcher ammo increased by 1
- Weapons have been scattered around the level

Fixes:
* Fixed the pumpkin in the starting room having the wrong rotation (mp_halloween_2024)
